  • No heat on VERY COLD night: Check laundry room for an electric heater. If none, call our office or answering service.
  • Water RUNNING into apartment: Emergency, call our office or answering service.
  • Fire: Call 911 then our office or answering service.
  • Gas Leak: Call Vectren at 464-4750, 464-4760 or 911 and then call our answering service.
  • Water dripping into apartment: Place bowl under it and send email or leave message at office.
  • No hot water: Email or leave message at office – we will repair on next business day.
  • Refrigerator not working: Place items in cooler and leave a message at office or email. (We will repair on next business day.)
  • A Loud Neighbor: Email or leave message at office, and we will put note on door next business day.
    (Knock on door or call neighbor and ask them to quiet down. Call 911 and they will send a unit out to investigate problem.)
