Through our community-wide internet agreement, residents receive this service for just $38 per month, including taxes, fees, and modem rental. Comparable individual internet plans can cost $80+ per month, making this an excellent added value for Western Hills residents.

Affordable 1-Bedroom Apartments

12-month leases start at just $630 per month.

Pricing may vary based on apartment features and updates. Water and sewer are billed monthly in addition to rent, while trash service is included.

Furnished & Corporate Apartments

Need a furnished apartment for a temporary work assignment, relocation, extended stay, or other short-term housing need?

Western Hills also offers fully furnished, move-in-ready apartments starting at $1,200 per month with a 6-month lease. Shorter lease terms are available at adjusted monthly rates.

Corporate apartments include furniture, utilities, and high-speed internet, giving you one convenient monthly payment and an easy move-in experience.

Deposits & Application

• Application fee: $50
• Security deposit: $100–$630, based on credit and rental history
• Optional apartment hold deposit: $200, which is applied toward move-in expenses
• Corporate apartment deposit: $500

Cat-Friendly Apartments

Western Hills welcomes qualifying cats. Cats must be declawed and spayed or neutered.

• Non-refundable pet fee: $200
• Monthly pet rent: $30 per cat

Renter's Insurance

All residents are required to maintain renter's insurance throughout their residency. Proof of coverage must be provided before move-in. Additional information will be provided during the leasing process.
