After a tough summer for grass growing, we are super excited to finally have some grass at West Colonial!!  We removed some very old trees that were in poor health and planted a new yard.  As soon as we planted it – we didn’t get any rain for almost 3 months.  Needless to say we finally got some rain and now have a beautiful yard!!  

Thanks to all our Tenants for their patience this summer!  It was a super busy time where we had many projects and improvements going all the time.  For the first time ever, we did not have any units open up without being held in advance!  We take that as a compliment : ) Our availability has slowed down considerably.  Keep an eye on our web site under available units to see what is coming open in the future.
