Included in your rent is trash. We offer 12-month leases starting at $610.00 per month. There is a $50.00 application fee, and the deposit is based off your background, but generally $100-$500. Residents will receive a water bill monthly based off of usage and will pay it with their rent at the beginning of every month.

You may choose to place a $200.00 deposit on an apartment to guarantee its availability. The $200.00 will go towards your move in expense.
